Pre Fabricated Pipework – Off / On-Site options
EMC supplies the following pre-fabrication options to clients as follows.
- Pipework measuring service
- Off-site fabrication with our Workshop based in Sevenoaks, Kent, serving all around the M25 daily and further afield on request.
- Mild Steel from Red band pipe to Sch40 and beyond from ½” – 12” as standard, with larger sizes on request.
- Stainless Steel 304/316 Truebore and Sch10 upwards from ½” – 20” as standard with larger sizes on request.
- Channel bracketry for pipework and supports to compliment installations along with increasing install times.
- We manufacture bespoke skid solutions for Pumps, Chillers, Boilers and any other main plant pipework up to 4m x 2.5m
- This allows plant rooms to be assembled in weeks not months, along with faster applications upstream for your company.
- CAD pre-fabrication drawings supplied by an outsourced partner from your DWGs ahead of projects starting to ensure you are ahead of the installation programme.
Welding Standards
EMC supplies welded pipework to suit all manner of demands in the pipework industry
- Class 1 2017:1 Certified welders on and off-site labour
- Class 1 9606:1 Certified welders on and off-site labour
- Class 2 Certified Welders
- Tig welded small bore mild steel pipework on and off-site.
- Arc welded pipework for pre-fabricated options and on-site.
- Mig welded Channel and frameworks only, Not on pipework.
- Tig welded Stainless steel pipework fully purged with mechanical cleaning/buffing for a clean finish.
- X-ray works are carried out with outsourced testing; EMC provides QA packs for all pipe, fitting, and quality control procedures.
- NDT outsourced to various suppliers to ensure thorough testing.
- Weld maps and schedules can be supplied on request in advance.
